Added preset menu

I have added a pre-set menu with 14 different pre-sets (7 ships and 7 oscillators). It was fairly straight forward to add and I have created a much better system this time around. When I first created a pre-sets menu for my older version i had to manually input every coordinate for each cell; this time, I  drew the cell layout in a pixel art tool and saved it as a png, then, I loop over the pixels of the image and use that data to determine the placement of the cells.
